Water–Energy–Food–Ecosystem (WEFE) Nexus — WEFE4MED / PRIMA
As part of the WEFE4MED Project, funded by the PRIMA Programme, four interactive online training modules have been developed by CAWTAR to enhance understanding and strengthen capacities on the Water–Energy–Food–Ecosystem (WEFE) Nexus.
These modules are designed for a diverse audience including practitioners, scientists, media professionals, policymakers, and local authorities who are engaged in sustainable development across the Mediterranean region.

Principles and interdependencies across water, energy, food, and ecosystems.
Tools and solutions for integrated, efficient resource management.
Co-creation, data sharing, and inclusive decision-making processes.
Mainstreaming equity to improve outcomes and reach vulnerable groups.
By completing this program, participants will gain practical knowledge and tools to address interconnected resource challenges and contribute to sustainable and inclusive development.
